Introducing, MWA Live from Abu Dhabi by Roland Lewis
As many of you have heard, I will be presenting at and chairing the 4th Annual Urban Waterfronts Conference to be held in Abu Dhabi, UAE February 12th and 13th. This is a great honor for the MWA, a recognition of the collective achievement for all who worked to create Vision 2020, New York City’s Comprehensive Waterfront Plan, and, of course, a thrill for me. I will be sharing what I see and learn before, during and after the conference on the new MWA blog that will be updated on our website. Starting Friday the 10th, click here to see it.
I will do my best to tell the assembled the incredible work so many hands have contributed to begin the transformation of our harbor, and I will also do my best to bring back fresh ideas that will help us work together to create a waterfront that is vibrant, accessible, and healthy.
-- Roland Lewis, President and CEO, Metropolitan Waterfront Alliance
